J’ai profité d’un repas entre amis pour présenter la box et tester certaines des recettes.

3, 2, 1, levez les mains! Le chrono est terminé, après 1 petite heure de casserole, four, fouet et couteaux vous avez pu faire un plat, et deux desserts.

Dans la recette, le poulet cajun était accompagné de Mac and Cheese mais j’ai préféré plutôt faire du riz cajun , un vrai délice, on m’en a redemandé 2 fois. Attention cela pique un peu mais ça tout de même mangeable facilement 🙂 Il n’est pas question ici de se trouer l’estomac. La cuisson et la préparation sont vraiment ultra-simples et nous avons déjà refait 2 fois la recette!
- Cupcake peanut
Autant faire travailler ses invités qui pourront ainsi participer à la préparation du dessert 🙂 Le glaçage est composé de beurre, sucre glace, beurre de cacahuète et pâte de marshmallow, une vraie bombe dans tous les sens du terme!

Au point de vue de la préparation, rien de plus simple il suffit juste d’ajouter tous les ingrédients et de mettre le tout au four. Le résultat est surprenant, un peu épicé, au gout gout de cannelle. On me souffle dans l’oreille qu’une boule de glace vanille aurait sublimé le dessert.
